Warranty Coverage:

This bag is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

  • Faulty zippers
  • Broken handles or straps due to manufacturing defects
  • Stitching issues
  • Defective buckles or hardware

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, fabric wear)
  • Accidental damage or airline handling
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

To file a warranty claim, please email us at support@thekoolaccessories.com or visit our website https://thekoolaccessories.com with:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • Photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Warranty Resolution:

If the defect falls under warranty, we will at our discretion:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace it with the same or comparable model

Limitations and Terms:

  • This warranty applies only to Products purchased within the territory of India.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Kool Accessories shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
  • The warranty is valid for genuine Kool Accessories products, a supporting invoice/bill, which the customer has to share with us at the time of the request.
  • No repair attempt before bringing the product to us.
  • No modification or alteration of any nature is made in the design, or body of the product.
  • After repairs/replacement, the warranty will remain only for the unexpired period of the warranty. No extension of the warranty period will be done.
  • We will retain any replaced part/s or component/s.
  • The company's obligation shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only with maximum claim/s, if entertained by the company, limited to the purchase price.
  • The warranty is issued in New Delhi, and Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters covered or flowing from this warranty.
